it was really smooth, best interviewing process so far, we had scenario based questions and core technical conceptions also asked in a scenario based manner. the knowledge and concepts of interviewer were quite clear and impeccable.

Question 1
Difference between fetching performance of relational and non relational databases
My interview experience was extremely disappointing. The interviewer was unprofessional. He interrupted frequently, communicated unclearly, and came across as dismissive and rude. It felt like he was using the interview to boost his own ego rather than evaluate my fit for the role.
If this is reflective of the company culture or how they treat potential teammates, it's a red flag. Candidates deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
Advice to Management:
Train your interviewers on how to conduct respectful, clear, and constructive interviews.

Interview
Take-home relevant for the work to be done for the client. So a skills interview over the phone then a take-home. Not difficult if you have the correct required experience.
