They were interested in my knowledge of the financial markets and overally personality,they look for people who are approchable and creative .They also tested my numeracy skills.T he interview panel was really cooperative and helpful.I t was helpful when i showed my interest in the business of their company

For Fresher, First round will be general aptitude with technical questions and then they ask you to write simple program in what ever language you prefer. Next round will be coding round in system, they ask you to do simple login page with db connection. If you pass this round then one Technical HR F2F interview will be there and then General HR round which will be the final round.
