The interview was on site, a written test was taken and the next round with a personal interview with the plant head and hr. Most questions are related to manufacturing and mechanical engineering basics.

First of all, there was a written test to shortlist the candidates. After written test, there was a personal interview of shortlisted candidates which include both technical and HR. The package was around 2.5 lac per year.
