There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round is a recruiter screening. The second round was a 2-hour interview with multiple team members, covering case questions, resume questions and behavioral questions.
You get screened by Ryan, the COO. Then there is a technical interview with the CEO, Evan. It is mostly coding questions. There were no design questions to my knowledge. Your personality goes a long way when getting interviewed by Evan to my memory.

Interview
Was a straight forward interview. They asked me questions related to the role itself and about qualifications. Could have been more transparent about the hiring process and next steps. They are a startup with perhaps less structure or SOPs.
