A very smooth interview process. Several rounds as you would expect for a senior role. Initial recruitment round involved checking work status, notice period, previous work experience and it's relevance with the advertised role, salary expectations, etc. Further technical rounds to test technical competency followed by a final interview with leadership team which was part technical (scenario based questions) to critically evaluate architecture concepts and problem solving approach and the other part to check cultural fit, future aspirations, etc. The interviewers were quite knowledgeable and well researched. The communication from the recruitment partner was prompt providing relevant feedback at the end of each round and the interviews were reasonably staggered.
