One of the best interview processes I've experienced, resulted in me accepting the job. They were very transparent about their work, and they were also very passionate about what they did. They focus heavily on soft skills since they have the attitude that hard skills can be taught on the job, but soft skills cannot.

Technical and Behavioral parts of the interview. HR completed one part and engineering manager completed another. You need to know about your resume, Make sure you have a good handle on normal questions like dealing with conflict.

Good questions, professional environment. Good stuff over all, good stuff. Good questions, nice building, fine fine. Probably it was nice I guess. Ok good come on. Very good coffee, indeed.
