First interview was with the HR Rep, then a team member then with the founders. The process was smooth as they sent prompt replies. However, initial interview was rescheduled to a later date because i think someone was not available, and this was informed very late.

I had my interview in two process. One with HR and one technical. the HR was quite responsive and did not have to wait for days. I also got the offer in a day, so that was really efficient of them.
