I recently interviewed for the Employer Brand Manager position and was impressed by the overall process. The interview had several stages, each structured and professional.
The first stage was a phone interview with HR. They gave an overview of the company, its culture, and the key responsibilities for the role. It felt relaxed, and I had the chance to thoroughly discuss my experience.
The second stage was with the head of communications. We focused on real-life cases and challenges I'd be dealing with. They were genuinely interested in my solutions and ideas.
The final stage was a interview with CMO. It was a productive discussion about cross-functional collaboration, and I gained a deeper understanding of how teams work together.
Overall, the interview process was well-organized, transparent, and engaging. Even if I'm not selected, I valued the experience.
