Had initial phone interview first for 30 mins. Then if they will push through with your application they will schedule you for a panel interview and will askk you more questions about your work experience and the position.

Too long! They started with a phone itnerview, then a tour the next week with an in-person intrview, then the next week a meeting with th CEO, then following that is the final decision offer
