They did a phone interview and looked at my Resume and checked my references and got back to me and did a second phone interview and then flew me to San Angelo, Tx for drug Screening and a two week safety and compliance tests

How much schooling I have had, Did I have any real work exp., Could I pass random Drug Screens, What I knew about Lock Out Tag Out, What I knew about Wind Turbines, could I travel to and from site and could I travel 25% of the time if needed

You submit an online application, then have an informational phone interview. Then an in-person interview in San Angelo. If you screen through you have to do a physical and drug test.
