The interview was recruiter + 3 additional steps. Mostly a straightforward process. Just make sure you spend time preparing for the portfolio review and white boarding challenge. They are very thorough.

The interview process was very messy.
The last round was with the lead of design who had no idea of the person he was interviewing . Very unprofessional and time consuming for both parties. Says a lot about culture, in my opinion.
