The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airvet (Beverly Hills, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Very professional, and straight forward. I was asked Intermediate/Advanced iOS questions regarding ARC & Memory Management. The interviewer was helpful and helped whenever I had asked for more context on any of the questions he asked me.

Question 1
What is a retain cycle? How do you prevent retain cycles? etc....
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Airvet in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of about 5 steps (interview with hiring manager, behavioral interview, 2 interviews with other team members, and a project + project presentation as the last step). Despite the multi-step process, the team was responsive and the interviews were scheduled at a good clip. There was also a lot of focus not just on Airvet, but if Airvet is the kind of place that would be a good fit for me and if I would have all the tools, growth opps, and challenge that I needed. I really appreciated that, because a lot of companies, in their interview process, encourage you to ask questions but don't walk the walk. Airvet definitely made sure not only was I qualified for the role, but also that I truly would enjoy my work.

Question 1
Can you create a project plan and timeline for launching a webinar?
It was roughly 5 interviews with different members of the team. The process overall was fairly quick and painless. I was able to connect with the team members easily and thought the interview process was smooth

Question 1
We discussed my work experience. It was less questions about the current position being offered and more about how my experience related.
