      Interview

      I was responsible for interviewing over many years. First part of the process was a 30 call which was focussed on information in the CV and getting to know the candidate. Some basic questions were asked to see if the candidate was actually familiar with what they said on the CV. Face-to-face interview was a technical interview or 1-2 hours, including finding error in code, explaining C# and SQL code and thinking through problems to see the depth of knowledge of the candidate.
