i have worst interview expirence with airspan. they have very bad habbit of not reading candidate cv. 1. they will not read candidate cv. 2. they will not ask you question that is relevant to position for which you have applied . 3. they can cancel your interview with informing you , only you have to call them and confirm if interview is rescheduled. 4. please be ready they will ask question and cut you in between of answer , they dint believe in listening the full answer . running out of time i guess . 5. yes they can pissed off any moment in interview its more like giving interview for realty show. a very unprofessional panel. advice to airspan please get a good professional interview panel , at least for experienced candidate . your company product have lot of potential and experienced candidate with sound domain knowledge can take it up to next level .
