Interview
Phone interview after a thorough questionnaire, very informative, answered all kinds of questions. Asked questions in regards to goals, my character traits, strengths and weaknesses. The interviewer was very personal and made you feel at ease during the interview

Interview
Interviews went well, although the Texas Board states an employer can only ask if you've passed all the boards they're not supposed to ask questions like scores or how many times have you passed or failed. I was asked this question about whether I failed any portions of the board and even though I knew it wasnt supposed to be allowed, I answered honestly with stating a didnt initially pass one part in the Part 1 board but I re-took the part and have successfully passed all the boards required by Texas. After that answer, I was told they were not proceeding with my application and now every time I apply, my application is immediately denied. Seems a little strange to ask questions not permitted but when I applied again, I asked that question and the recruiter/HR person told me thats not why and it's because they want 1 year of experience however that was never stated in any part of the interview process, nor was it stated when they set up a booth on campus for people to apply but why would you set up a booth on a campus knowing everyone who graduates will not have the "year" of experience. I feel this recruiter is covering this up by claiming thats not the reason.

Interview
Was a short phone call. Typical interview questions, don't see how they could get an accurate representation of someone over the phone. Wish it was more than just a recruiter interviewing you.
Long interview process but worth the experience. It has a total of about 4-5 rounds. Also, you will be expected to travel to San Antonio for last interview and 6 weeks of training.
