Structured and efficient but no joke! Airkit wants to build a world-class team, and their interview process shows. Starts with a HR phone screening, then a meeting with the hiring manager, then a technical exercise, followed by a remote "on-site" that was three back-to-back group interviews based on company values, finally ending with a presentation to executives. The process allows you to meet with many people in various functions, so by the end, you really get a sense of what Airkit is all about, and most importantly, what the company is looking for in a candidate. Presentation skills are a must!
