First, an initial video conference screen with their recruiting contract person. General resume questions and some high level softball engineering questions.
Second, a technical video conference interview with founders and recruiting contract person. Asked questions with specific numbers and were seeking specific answers related to thermal management for their product. Some general resume questions, but mostly checking technical knowledge and ability to estimate off the cuff. Also included a multiple choice spatial awareness series of questions.
Third, another video conference call for remaining questions that were not asked during the technical interview section.
