Great company and very relaxed culture. The interview overall was very easy. They do administer an examination prior to making any type of offer. Overall, my interview experience at AIReS was a pleasant and successful one.

Interview
I attended two interviews (in person) and one with Human Resources (via phone) before being offered the position. While the processed seemed extensive, it also showed me that AIReS truly cares about who they hire...not just filling a chair. I felt the process was very informative and helped me gain a better understanding of the culture which is exactly what I was looking for in my career.
