Interview
I applied through glassdoor, was contacted with an HR personnel, had a quick phone call with them (they were very fast and active).
After that they set me up with one of their engineering managers to have a technical discussion, nothing too specific just what I know, what Im interested in, and from their side more about the tech stack they use, what the company does (on a more technical level) and some general tech questions.
After receiving a positive feedback, I was invited to have a pair programming session with a tech lead that focused mainly on my TDD skills more than anything and at the end of it we had another technical discussion.
After receiving yet another positive feedback, I was invited to one last system design interview with an engineering manager, to know more about the company and a lot of system design concepts and ideas.
I was asked after this to provide a couple of references and after it I received my offer!
A couple of things worth noting: The entire process took around a month, the company respected the fact that I have a full time job so I wasn't pressured in any way or shape and the interviewing process wasn't as demanding as much interviews. Also between every phase I received directly on the next day a phone call providing a feedback on the interview AND was asked if I have a feedback to provide on that interview.

Après un premier entretien tout à fait intéressant, on m'a rapidement proposé un second entretien (tech interview). 15 min seulement avant le début de l'entretien, le recruteur d'Aircall m'a informé que mon interlocuteur avait un empêchement et devait reporter l'entretien, et me proposer une nouvelle date. Aucune date ne m'a été proposée, et malgré une relance de ma part une semaine plus tard, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. J'ai trouvé cette expérience irrespectueuse et abaissante.

Interview
1) Had a call with someone from the RH first, good first contact, concise in her explanations.
2) Then had an interview with an engineering manager, spent more than an hour and half with him. He took more than 30 minutes to thoroughly present me the company organization, and the current situation from a technical PoV at Aircall, as well as the ongoing challenges.
He tested a bit my overall IT knowledge, then I went to explaining my background a bit further than my CV did. We spent the remaining time talking about what I was really looking for my next job.
It felt like a great open-discussion between the two of us.
3) After I passed this step, I had a 2 hour long session of code design / live programming with one of the tech leads, being presented a quite classical problem of OOP.
4) They performed a reference check with my previous manager & tech lead.
I think that this whole process was very good, as I interacted with professionnal and sharp people, and have been asked meaningful questions by them.
They came back at me shortly after every interview, which was really enjoyable as well.
They further allowed me to meet another developer from the team I was supposed to join, as I seeked another PoV from someone with a role similar to mine.
Great process overall.
