Multiple rounds:
- Recruiters call: which had some basic questions about past work, and some questions on support scenarios.
- Hiring Manager Call: Situation-based questions on Support and team fit questions, experience, questions related to ticket priority, SLA management, etc. Support team works on API integration and Databases.
- Take home assignment: question and answer based on relevant topics to support ticket resolutions.
- Technical Round (3 parts): A big file shared for Log analysis (file shared before the interview). Need to separate noise and identify the issue beforehand, and share it with the interviewer.
Troubleshoot a simple Python code for an API. (API documentation shared beforehand). Keep an IDE ready.
In-depth questions on Kubernetes (major product is on private cloud or on-prem installation). (deployment, networking, logging etc).
{I was not well versed in K8s hence didn't qualify}.
