An online assessment centre. It starts with a greeting and then candidates are split into groups on the call with a group of HR staff listening in. As a group we were asked to sing a new product and pitch it to a group of engineers. We were asked questions and scrutinised on our decisions and how we operated as a group. after i was interviewed by two engineers where they asked me a range of technical questions such as "how does a plane work". the interview also included typical questions such as my motivations or how my experience is relevant.
