The interview itself was presented in a very laid-back but professional manner, and I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I was interviewed by two senior members of the Airbus Defence & Space team, as well as a Human Resources representative. The interview lasted about 90 minutes and my technical ability was assessed, as well as determining how I perform within a team and solve problems.
