Interview
It was a rather lengthy process. Took about a week to schedule phone call with recruiter. Then another week to hear something. Then a week to schedule phone interview with hiring manager. Then about 2 weeks to hear back. Then about 3 weeks to schedule on-site interview.
The interview took place with the General Manager at the time since we were part of the first batch of Fraud Analysts in Portugal. Interview was informal and the GM has always been correct and professional.

Interview
Pleasant Phone interview and you will be asked on what you have been doing, your strengths and what do you expect from the job itself. It will be followed by a webskype interview. I asked the interviewer and understand that there is about 7 rounds of interview.
