I went through 7 rounds of interviews - onsite and online. Though the process seems cumbersome, it was meticulous, casual and culture focus. I love how they go through so much just to ensure that I am a good fit to the company and the role.

If I met the founders of the company, what is one thing I would tell them to change?
First interviews are done via phone call. It took a long time for them to reply in the first place but after that it was faster. The interview process was long but organized.

What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses?
The whole process as described was thorough. Because of the pandemic, the position was cancelled before passing all of the interview phases. Sounds like a good place to work when people travel again.
Time consuming but thoughtful. People were kind and well trained on interviewing skills. I enjoyed the conversations a lot. This was pre-COVID, so things may be different now.
