Competency and values based interview. There were 8 questions in total plus i was asked to prepare a 5 to 10 minute presentation on what i would look to achieve in my first 90 days.

Initial telephone interview, then a personality test, then a formal interview, followed by two further interviews, as they decided I was over-qualified for the position I initially went for. It is clear that they're a fast growing organisation and they want good people, and they are prepared to push the boat out for the right candidates.
