I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AirSial (Karāchi) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process began with a height and weight check, followed by document submission. It lasted around two hours and included questions about my introduction, education, family background, and motivation for becoming a cabin crew member.

Worst Interview Experience Ever – AirSial, You Should Be Ashamed
This is not just a bad review — this is a warning to anyone considering going through AirSial’s recruitment process.
The test was scheduled for 10 AM, and they called around 400 candidates in one day. No proper coordination, no respect for people’s time. I cleared the test, thinking things would move forward — BIG mistake.
I then had to wait over 8 HOURS just to be interviewed. 8 HOURS! For what? They had only 3 interview panels for more than 200 candidates. Total chaos. Zero planning. Absolute negligence.
And if you finally get through the first interview, guess what? There’s a second interview ON THE SAME DAY. No scheduling, no rest — just an endless, exhausting wait. It’s like they think our time is worthless.
Now let’s talk about basic human needs: they didn’t provide a single bite of food — not even water. There was nothing available to eat, and candidates were not allowed to leave to get food either. People were starving, tired, and completely drained, all while sitting there for hours. It was inhumane.
To top it all off, they asked about my current salary and bonuses, and then acted like they couldn’t afford me — apparently, even their managers aren’t making what I earn as a trainee. So why did you waste my entire day if you knew you weren’t going to match even trainee-level pay?
This entire process was a joke — disorganized, disrespectful, and downright exploitative. AirSial clearly doesn’t value professionalism, candidate experience, or even basic human dignity.
Avoid this company at all costs. You deserve better.
Great Experience, had a diverse set of questions asked, from management, administration, technical (office related) etc.? Overall, professional, polite, cordial and easy environment. The interviewers were very experienced and knowledgeable.
