I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Air Serv in Sept 2016
Interview
I was interviewed in a group setting. I wasn't asked any specific questions. Everyone who came to the interview was hired. They require everyone to participate in a drug screening. You are hired no matter how dirty you look or how stupid you sound. The easiest interview process Ive ever participated in. The staff is very nice.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Air Serv (College Park, GA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was easy but long. It was a group interview, we showed up at 8 and it was about 200 of us in this one room at the Hilton Garden Hotel in College Park, GA. Kinda disoriented staff and unprepared. On site drug test (oral) easy to pass. Pretty much everyone got hired! Next day fingerprints at airport then you wait 2-7 business days for results then you get badged. They pay for your uniform, fingerprints, and badge. ****THE LADY SAID SCHEDULES ARE NOT GUARANTEED YET THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY****
