I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Air Products (Allentown, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
A full day of onsite interviews. The morning is 3 behavioral interviews and one technical interview that are each forty-five minutes in length. The afternoon is a technical test, then after the test is another interview to go over your answers to the test and explain your thought process. The test consists of 3 questions that are specific to the basic principles of your undergraduate engineering major.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Products (Allentown, PA)
Interview
3 round interview, 3 people per panel. They go through behavioral, technical, and then an extra for more personality questions. Basic but to the point- they usually know within the first conversations if they will consider you for the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1 was behavioral. Gave me a question asking about how I've handled conflict in my previous roles
The initial interview was on campus conducted by one recruiter. I was asked only three questions all of which were pretty standard behavioral questions. The questions were mostly about a group project and the details of working in a group as well as the details of the project. The interviewer then allowed time for me to ask questions.
