All STAR questions. Pretty easy in general and not anything crazy. Interviewed as a sophmore in college as a mechanical engineer. The questions were all standard star questions. You got this!
Ok interview, however, my interviewer was complaining about the company on the video call. This was a red flag that highlighted potential errors with the company, role, or culture. The interview itself was normal soft questions and no technical questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Austin, TX) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It started with basic questions where they asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the role. After that, I was asked to provide my elevator pitch and to describe my resume to them, strengths and weaknesses etc. There was also a behavioral interview to assess how well I’d fit with the company culture. Overall, the interviewer was professional and friendly, and the process gave me a good sense of the role and the team.
