I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Montreal, QC) in May 2012
Interview
1-hour interview in local office. Chronological detailing of my resume, along with standard behavioral questions. Very laid back company, was interviewed by two HR consultants. Did half the interview in english and the other half in french. I heard back and got an offer two days later. Company paid for my flight and housing during the internship.

Question 1
te piden que te presentes en ingles y seguir una conversacion
It was a very simple interview. Interviewer asked basic interview questions. They seemed interested in my activities at my school and connected the goal of the company to their questions.
I had a very senior employee interview me, which I definitely did not anticipate. It also made it a little tougher at reading my interviewer as I responded to their questions. 3 Behavioural Questions were asked, along with questions regarding my willingness to relocate and reason for wanting to work at the company. Overall great interview process.
