I was contacted by the HR department in regards to a resume that I posted on Indeed.com. A 30-minute phone interview was the first step. It was relaxed and hardly intimidating. The second step was an in person interview, which also went very well. I was there for about 2- hours and met with the VP. The next day I was contacted by HR. The women told me that I did very well, and they believe I am just perfect for the position. She asked for me to send her my availability for a second interview with the president because he liked to meet all new hires. I sent her my availability and that was it! She never contacted me again despite my numerous e-mails requesting for an explanation as to why I was no longer being considered. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.
