I got an email for a phone interview. The interview went great and they were looking for someone with little to no experience. I have a little aviation experience and the interviewer was happy with that and overall we had a great talk! The next day I got an email saying they were no longer considering me. I tried to email back and ask why or what qualifications they were looking for and they never responded. Quite unprofessional. I have applied to a few similar positions recently and am denied right away. Not sure what I did wrong and I am completely qualified. Strange process.
