Showed up for an in-person interview after 3 phone interviews to be told the position I've been called in to interview for is not available. Waste of time and unprofessional HR.

Lots of case scenarios with difficult situations where emotions are high to see how you would realize

Interview
The interview process was a 2-step process. I had to take a proficiency test and when I passed, I had a formal interview. The people that interviewed me were flown in from headquarters in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
