Interview
Both cultural fit and skills focused. Interviewers were very professional and personable. Did not feel rushed and left lots of time for me to ask questions and ensure Aimpoint was a good fit for me as well.
First round was screening, then a technical round which had a puzzle and some sql and tableau . Third round was a business case study around data and some data visualization questions too
Excellent interview process. Spoke with many different people across different teams. Everyone from HR to the Partners were exceedingly polite and followed up promptly every step of the way. Reasonable expectations on both sides of the table and it seems like a fantastic place to work. I wish all interviews could be like this.

Conversational, behavioral, and whiteboarding interviews. Nothing you wouldn't expect in this industry. Very fair and very straightforward.
