I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aid Equipment (Sandy, UT) in Aug 2015
Interview
My interview was a simple MIG welding test followed by a brief, informal interview with the shop manager. Questions mostly applied to work background, what tools and equipment I had used in the past, and work availability. There was also a written test for simple math like measurements.
