I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ahold Delhaize (Carlisle, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Contacted by someone in HR for a phone screen, it's really easy to pass. Then they forward your info on advising they will be in touch if they want to schedule an interview. They contacted and said they wanted to schedule an interview. I was told it was with one individual, it was with three. The process felt awkward. It was basically 3 on one. It was too formal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you tell how much supply to order for a store?
Hot mess from beginning. Completely rushed interviews from start to finish. Questions asked did not reflect any relevance to the position and I felt they lacked asking me about my actual experience. They were in such a hurry to interview people, but in no hurry to let people know they didn't even get the job.

Question 1
A lot of behavioral questions that mean absolutely nothing to the job at hand.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ahold Delhaize
Interview
The recruiter called initially and it was a little uncomfortable. She pretty much scolding me about not knowing anything about the company but I didn't apply to the role. She got my info from a contact so I thought she was from an external agency
