They sent me a well described problem to solve before any interviews. I recorded a simple 5 min video showing my sketchframes and explaining the whole process to get to my solution. After that, they invited me to interview in site, first with the leading PM and then with the CEO. After that, an informal final interview with the team, to see if I would be a cultural fit. I received a proposal in the same week, and started two weeks later.
