I am sorry to read that you feel you were left in the dark.
We work hard to provide as much information as we are able to at the end of the process. I know we spoke live. In general, when someone spends more than two hours with us, we always have a live follow-up conversation to explain our thoughts if we are not proceeding. And we understand that our explanation is sometimes disappointing and unfortunately not always satisfying.
