Interview
The standard 4 interview process and practical test after. Started with headhunter and moved on with in-company meets with employees and managers. Had to do two practical tests, one concerning a real business of the company (which basically I ended up making a consultant-like presentation for free) and a personal project presentation. Although I imagine I was disregarded after the 4 interviews, would definitely not recommend as no value in giving feedback nor creating the test for more than 10 hours seemed to be enough as to hear back from either the company or the headhunters. Spend your time elsewhere.
