I applied online through Linkedin.Then I gave the SQL coding exam through Alooba which I passed.After this I received a HR Screening Interview call.During the interview,the recruiter gave the introduction about the company and the position.Then He asked about myself.

Had a horrible interview experience (3rd round)
System Design on paper: but went into tool-specific in-depth. I do not understand how anyone can remember tool-specific details without prep. The audacity of the intreviewer to tell me that "only with enough too depth can someone design a good system". Sure, but it needs to be communicated upfront so that the candidate can refresh. Takes 2 weeks at the minimum to get any response from the team post an interview.
