It was 3 simple interviews. It should be that easy, but I am not sure why my application took almost 4 months. I applied for a market manager role. After I passed 2 interviews, I had one more last interview to do with the Country Manager however for some reason it didn't push through and told me that I am not fit for the job. The HR was kind enough to offer me a few positions available and again I tried, passed the first position offered but I declined due to very low compensation being offered. Second position they offer, I failed the last interview and thank God I did as I don't like the person managing the entire team. Now I am again on the original position I applied. They again scheduled me for the last interview after a few months I am just waiting for the result and I hope it went well.
