I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Agoda in Oct 2018
Interview
I had applied for another Senior Manager role but the recruiter advised that they had already found someone else. However, they shared an equivalent role in another department which was a good fit so I was interested.
Prior to any interview, all candidates must pass a 2-hour aptitude test (logic, deductive reasoning, math, and reading comprehension).
After completing the test, I had to send 2 chasers to the recruiter to get status.
Eventually, I was scheduled into an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had yet again to chase the recruiter. I received zero responses to my emails and 2 months had already gone by.
I suspected that they had decided on another candidate so, out of professional courtesy, I emailed both the recruiter and the hiring manager to advise that I was withdrawing.
The hiring manager responded to me within 5 minutes confirming my thoughts,
One would think that their recruiters would behave with more professionalism especially in consideration of the fact we must allocate 2 hours of our time to do their test.
First Online test sent by recruiter then I had a Recruiter interview round, after that it was a Hiring Manager round and then the Manager of hiring manager round and lastly the Stakeholder interview round. Total 4 interviews which I found it was lengthy.

Assessment followed up by HR screening and business leader interview. You need to pass the online assessment to prove your IQ, which is reasonable. Then, HR took 30 mins to go through together your experience.
