Interview
The interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by a functional round focusing on Workday HCM concepts, business process configuration, and reporting. The final round assessed client-handling scenarios, problem-solving skills, and overall communication and stakeholder management abilities.
To be experience was very good, the HR Ruchika. She was align continuously with me and she used to give me all the updates as expected. She did very nice job.
