Had to read a script about a call sample. The interview was very quick and HR offered me the job there and provided me with all the information required about hours and benefits. Very friendly staff at HR willing to answer my questions. Submitted some form on a local computer and was ready to start working.

Interview
They asked me if I have any customer service experience. I inform them that I didn't have any background in the customer service experience. But I advised them that I am a quick learner. I also told them that I am good at working with people.
