Summary: I signed the job offer, HR is very unprofessional and rescinded the offer with no valid reason. And then the HR ghosted me and refused to address her ignorance. It was a long, slow, and nigtmarish process.
I've completed several rounds of interview in Oct/Nov and the team went silent. There was no way to reach the hiring manager because all communications have to go through the HR/admin. I even bought the LinkedIn Premium to message the hiring manager to get an update since I've received other job offers.
I eventually got the job offer from Agilent and signed the offer before Christmas with the intention to start in Jan. I also turned down 2 other job offers after signing with Agilent. However, the HR emailed me in early January that they have rescinded the offer because they didn't want to process my work visa! The HR even accused me for misrepresented myself because I said I don't need H1B sponsorship. I don't need H1B to work with Agilent, and just need a diplomatic visa that could be processed within a month (I've worked with several firms with that visa and it is very easy to get). The HR took advice from an internal immigration person who was equally clueless about the process and insisted that the process will take 4 months. I tried to calling and emailing them to clarify things but they chose to GHOST me. My phone calls were rejected, and follow-up emails unanswered. I also tried reaching the hiring manager through LinkedIn again but he also ignored me.
I was left jobless and directionless. This is how Agilent treats their talent. So beware.
