Online application process and subsequently contacted by their Recruiter who set up a preliminary call with the Hiring Manager. After the initial HM call, I was invited to HQ for 1:1 interviews with five individuals which included others from the business unit,

Question 1
Most questions were generally experience based, along with a business interest in how other hi-tech companies (which I had worked for) operated since this was a new business unit for Agilent. When I met the HM in person, he brought a question of "age" into our conversation. He clearly was not informed about ADEA laws/discrimination in hiring practices.
