One of the best interview processes I've ever taken (other companies should take notes). The process involved: 1) 2 x 1.5h tests tailored for the required language and framework. 2) A technical interview to challenge the tests and additional knowledge. The tests were OK in difficulty, only thing to look out would be the time constraint (it may not be enough to handle everything). The tests included theory and coding excercises. The interview itself was amazing. The two interviewers were really helpful and had a very positive attitude. Overall I didn't get an offer, but I learned a lot during the process. I wish more companies would have similar processes and attitude towards candidates.
