I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Agexa (Boulder, CO) in Sept 2023
Interview
I was referred from a colleague who I had worked with in the past and it was a very smooth process. I initially met with the Head of Talent and HR and the CEO to discuss the role and had a great experience. After the initial interview, there was a secondary screening with the CEO and Ops Manager for additional information about the role and future of the company. Since I had worked with some of the folks here before, it was a very straightforward interview!

Question 1
(Context: They had my previous sales data) In comparing your sales performance with others who started around the same time, what contributed to the success of your ramp up?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Agexa in Feb 2023
Interview
Amy was very easy to talk with throughout the entirety of the first 30 minute interview! It felt very much like a friendly conversation, there was zero pressure, and at the end I was invited to a second interview with a small panel of higher up's at Agexa. That second interview was extremely impressive. Quite a few difficult questions, but they gave me the time to think about my answers and never once made me feel too pressured. It felt natural being included in their small group despite the short amount of time we had. The company goals aligned strongly with my personal goals. I was immediately extended an offer and could not be happier!

Question 1
The most difficult question in my opinion was, tell me something you whole heartedly believe in that most others do not believe in.
Small start up with only 12 employees that does not share any company information through an initial phone screening.
Instead, the company sends out a mini bidding process project 1-2 hour project that they call a math test.
Complete waste of time so I am writing this review to hopefully prevent other candidates from having their time wasted as well.
