An internal recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and set up a call. He walked me through Agero as a company, its business challenges and opportunities, and where he thought I could make a difference. He was transparent from the start regarding opportunity, the team, compensation, and where I stood in the process. The lifecycle was a bit long, over 2 months from initial call to start date, but I always knew where I stood thanks to the superior communication of my recruiter.
