Interview
The interview was done virtually and lasted 30 minutes. Simple questions were asked. HR was polite and professional. She said she had been with Agero for 22 years and started at the ground and worked her way up. So that told me, that Agero promotes within the company.

easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
